Reporting to theDirector of Content Strategy, the Content Marketing Manager is responsiblefor managing content strategy and execution for the Spectrum EnterpriseManaged Network Services product family, including Managed Router Service,Managed Security Services and Managed WiFi. This critical role will create andrefine the content strategy framework including the buyer s journey based onpersonas and content mapping to the journey. They will be responsible for thecreation of content (white papers, executive briefs, infographics,etc.) to support the buyer s journey. This person will focus on improvingcontent quality and messaging consistency while implementing a data-drivenapproach to get more value and impact from content assets. Partner with the Product Marketing team to develop the buyer sjourney, narratives and message and content maps to deliver a cohesiveclient experience that demonstrates the Spectrum Enterprise point of view. Write, edit, produce and create content that inspires audiences tomove throughout the buyer s journey to support lead generation goals and tosupport an integrated marketing strategy. Manage content production and distribution processes includingintegration with marketing operations and sales enablement tools andprocesses. Collaborate and with Marketing, Product Management, Sales and otherinternal stakeholders. Manage relationships and projects, as well as, provide strategicand editorial guidance to external content production agencies. Required keys for success: 10 years of marketing experience Strong knowledge and understanding of networking technologies includingLAN, WAN, SDWAN and Cloud Proficient in content marketing theory and application Experience sourcing and managing content developmen
