Repair Associate - Pre Flash Data Entry Clerk

Job DescriptionOverview:Under general supervision, perform functions to either start or complete the product repair process of customer returned product. Provide back-up support for other functions within this job description as personnel requirements dictate.Responsibilities:-tAbility to test customer returned product using a PC based test system.-tPerform visual inspection of customer returned product for physical damage and missing parts.-tRecord inspection results via PC-based repair order tracking system.-tClean repaired customer-returned product prior to shipment in accordance to established standards.-tMaintain a clean work environment.-tMaintain ISO 9001 readiness.-tPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsPosition Requirements:-tEntry Level- 0-1 Years Automated and manual picking and packing. Work requires standing, walking, lifting, bending, and pushing carts and material for much of the shift.-tMust be able to lift 35 lbs.-tMust be able to perform repetitive tasks quickly, correctly, and without losing attention.
