Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for taking and responding to phone calls and other forms of communications from carriers with OS&D issues. Issues can be but not limited to overages shortages damages wreck and temperature loads. This position requires both verbal and written communication with our Customer Service Representatives Dispatchers Drivers Distribution Centers and Plant location personnel along various other departments and outside organizations to resolving OS&D issues in the most timely and cost efficient manner. This position is also responsible for gathering information to process and file freight claims.
