Job DescriptionKELLY is looking for a HR Generalist/Recruiter in North Austin.Partners with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and other government regulations.2.tConducts exit interviews, analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.3.tResponds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and civil rights complaints.4.tOwns the unemployment process including representing the company for any unemployment claims.5.tFacilitates or provides training (including orientation) to the workforce.6.tMaintains and coordinates employee recognition programs.7.tInterviews, screens and recruits job applicants to fill entry-level, professional and technical job openings.8.tReviews applications and interviews applicants to match experience with specific job-related requirements.9.tMaintains working relationship with management/senior management and adheres to company policy and procedure by monitoring day-to-day implementation of policies concerning wages, hours and working conditions.10.tRepresents management in investigating, answering and settling disputes, by arranging and scheduling between the employee and the supervisor and management team.11.tResponds to all EEOC and NLRB charges.12.tConducts new-hire orientation.13.tMaintains all employee and applicant documentation as dictated by governing agencies. Including I9s and E-Verify14.tOwns all aspects of the workers compensation process.15.tBenefits administration for CM Management/The Charta Group and its DBAs.RequirementsMonday - Friday8:00 am - 5:00 pm$21.50/hour1.tBachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field or equivalent education, training and experience.2.tTwo years of experience in human resource generalist role.3.tBackground in employment law and other government compliance regulations.Additional Eligibility Qualifications

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification or ability to obtain certification within 12 months.
