Regional Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the clinical
operations for a region including new center development and startups. Primary
duties may include, but are not limited to:
Develops and implements business plansto ensure care center offices operate efficiently. Monitors qualitymeasures.
Provides leadership to and oversightof clinical operations staff.
Monitors compliance, implementscorrective actions, and provides training on processes, procedures andworkflows.
Assists with policy and procedurerevisions and the development and implementation of new policies andprocedures.
Partners with management to developshort and long-range business plans, objectives, strategies, and goals.
Supports the clinical operations teamin the development and establishment of care centers in expansion markets.
Develops and implements protocols,policies, and procedures directly associated with operations.
Implements and oversees operationalstructure in the new clinical region
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, andevaluates performance of direct reports.
Requirements
BA/BS degree; 3-5 years’ experience inGeneral Operations; or any combination of education and experience, whichwould provide an equivalent background.
Must be okay with 50% travel to NY andCT Markets
For CareMore business units,satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is a requirement for thisposition.
