benefits companies and a Fortune Top 50 CompanyInformationManagement Consultant SeniorThisposition may be filled at any Anthem locationThe Information Management Consultant Senior is top-level contributor responsible for advanced client support and consulting

to IM, IM-IT, business users, and management on broad range of issues related

to IM solutions, including IM data warehouses, IM applications and BI tools.

Builds relationships with enterprise-wide business and IT partners to

understand and prioritize needs. Primary duties may include, but are not

limited to:

Establishes,maintains, uses, and continually expands/enhances knowledge of data warehouses/marts,IM and enterprise applications, data, queries/ programming, and organizationalstructure.

Actsas team leader for large-scale, complex internal and enterprise projects.

Undertakescomplex assignments requiring additional specialized technical or businessknowledge.

Designs,develops, and coordinates a curriculum for coaching and training clients in theuse of BI and IM tools to enhance business decision-making capability.

Designsand releases complex and/or high profile communications about BI matters.

Providesdesign oversight on IM websites.

Leadsdevelopment, tracking, analysis and reporting of metrics.

Providesrelevant insights in new and existing BI activities.

Providesrecommendations and direction for short and long-term strategic decisions.

Developsand oversees department policies and standard operating procedures.

Educatesteam members on advanced BI tools, design strategies, trends, emergingtechnologies, and best practices. Instructs, directs and reviews/monitors workof less experienced IM Consultants and identifies developmental opportunities.

Communicateseffectively with multiple levels within the organization.

Leadsand plans projects. reporting tools, SQL, SAS and Business Objects, BI applicationsand enterprise software; or any combination of education and experience,

Qualifications

Requiresa BS/BA degree in related field

5-7years of relevant work experience; experience in data warehouse usage, standardquery and which would provide an equivalent background.

Requiresmastery of technical and business knowledge in all major subject areas withindepartment including multiple disciplines/processes.

Experiencein standard BI tools and programming/query languages also required.

Master'sdegree preferred.

Requiresstrong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills,facilitation skills, and analytical skills.

Requirements

Experiencein HEDIS/STAR Analytics - admin, supplemental, and hybrid data processing

Advancedknowledge of Tableau report development and administration

Strongworking knowledge of SAS and/or Alteryx

Previousexperience creating OLAP and dimensional modelling in SQL and Teradata

Background in models and channels forPopulation Health Management, Clinical Outcomes, Determinants of Health

Prior knowledge of member and providerengagement strategies in large complex payer systems.

Familiarity with R, Python, OCR a plus
