If you are a hardworking, self-starter, eager to work directly with customers to deliver game changing capabilities, come join our team.Summary of Key Duties for this position: Lead capture efforts to secure new or re-compete contracts, or task order business. Lead capture review teams such as Customer Value Propositions, Back Hats, Gold, Pink, and Red Team Reviews. Design, develop, and deliver compliant, customer-focused, highly competitive $50 - $100M+ types of proposal efforts. Balance focus on customer value, the competitive environment, and the corporation's best interests. Perform competition analysis and identify teaming opportunities. Lead and integrate cross-functional teams and direct team activities for the duration of the pursuit. Maintains ongoing interaction with business development. Development of B&P funding estimates and requests Develop and lead briefings to internal and external customersThe selected individual must have demonstrated full spectrum leadership qualities, established resource management skills, excellent organizational abilities, strong communications skills, successful experience working in a team setting and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.Basic Qualifications: Current TS/SCI clearance Track record of successful capture management. Demonstrated success working with capture teams. Demonstrated ability to lead proposal volume teams/authors in developing and delivering superior proposal products with constrained schedules and resources. Demonstrated experience communicating/briefing managers, employees, and customers. Understand and manage Request for Proposal (RFP) compliance. Experience in milestone / Executive Planning Panels (EPP) process; to include opportunity identification, developing business cases, and capture management.Desired Skills: Ability to leverage technical and managerial relationships to assist with the identification of opportunities that align with the Mission Solutions capabilities to include Cyber, Information Technology Systems, Communications, Artificial Intelligence, and Space Ground Systems. Subject Matter Expertise (SME) outside of direct proposal management role, but relevant to LM programs (e.g. Project Management, Program Management, Planner experience). 5 or more years of experience leading proposal teams in medium to large dollar proposals. Demonstrated success leading capture teams, strategy development, and customer solutioning. Executive level presentation skills.
