Work Shift: C Shift (United States of America)SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the following: auditing bills of lading; tie inbound and outbound inventory VS with what was billed from various parts of the plant daily; check paperwork for accuracy on both inbound and outbound sides of the operation and making sure all is signed off on properly. Position is also responsible for answering phone calls from customers regarding BUYR appointments, billing inquires, driver inquiries and corporate inquires; working with the export clerk and doing any documents where the load is delivered by land carrier; any other duties deemed necessary by management. Must be willing to cross train in other areas and. Position requires extreme attention to detail; work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results and coordinating with others. Assignments are defined and the approach to be taken is usually determined in coordination with others.REQUIREMENTS:Education: High School Diploma, GED, vocational school, or equivalent preferred, with knowledge of mathematics, grammar, office equipment, and business practices.Experience: 1+ years of warehouse/freezer experience.Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills is a plus; For example, generating letters, spreadsheets and graphs for business use; or creating simple queries and simply formatted data. Microsoft outlook and knowledge of Legacy billing system is preferredCommunication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.Supervisory Responsibilities: NoneTravel: NoneOther Requirements: Must exhibit good safety recordRegular Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday, 6PM to 6AMThis position is slated for candidates who are currently working at this facility, therefore, they will be considered for the opening first.
