They must learn to keep callers calm in an emergency situation and route them to the appropriate Dr. Operator must have the capability to assist multiple customers at one time in a timely manner. Good decision making when determining the issue at hand. The Rep answers for over 400 physicians after hours, lunch times and meeting times. The operator must ensure the privacy and confidentiality of all messages received or given.Education High School Education requiredExperience Must have experience interacting with the public and experience in answering multiple phone lines. Applicant must have basic medical knowledge and computer skills. Being a team player is essentialEquipment/Skills Telephone, fax, computer.
