Works on moderately complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of numerous factors. Establishes and recommends changes to policies which affect work units directly and indirectly managed. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve goals results in additional costs, staff, and delays in overall schedules. Interacts with direct reports, customers and functional peer group managers. Typically has exempt staff and some lower-level managers as direct reports. Develops and administers budget.We are looking for a well-organized, dynamic individual that can focus on working toward the big picture of production support as well as manage and organize their teams to focus on the day to day support with a vision towards constant improvement. This position requires the ability to build good working relationships with peer managers in India and US, and with partner managers from the applications the team supports and other support groups.This position will manage three teams. Two of the teams are staffed with technical production support team members with emphasis on supporting applications running in Autosys using AbInitio or Talend, Linux scripting and storing data in Teradata. The other team is the Production Support Coordinators who serve as liaisons between the application teams and the production support teams. They oversee a wide variety of processes needed to ensure the quality of partnership between the application teams and the production support teams that support them.As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will:Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.Required Qualifications:

10+ years of technology experience

3+ years of leadership or management experience, in an IT environment

5+ years of application production support experience

Desired Qualifications:

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

3+ years of Autosys experience

3+ years of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Programming experience

3+ years of database experience

3+ years of UNIX experience

Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership

Experience successfully collaborating with others in a change driven environment

Experience working in a large enterprise environment

Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment

Ability to direct and oversee escalated technical troubleshooting and complex analysis efforts for prompt recovery of major issues

Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology processes and technologies

Knowledge and understanding of technology application support: production and nonproduction environment

Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
