It all begins with you.Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company’s financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company’s shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.We believe that Process Excellence is made up of elements of leadership, teamwork, methods, and practices. Ultimately, we want to create an environment that maximizes the talent of our team members and our knowledge of BPM so that we can deliver world class solutions and services to our customers.The Enterprise Finance Group Business Process Management (BPM) team is seeking an experienced professional to join us in support of the overall BPM effort at Wells Fargo. The Business Support Consultant 3 – Process Definition Lead focuses primarily on ensuring BPM standards are met, process definition “factory” work is on-track, communications are impactful and that business partners understand the impact of upcoming changes.Organizationally, the Group BPM Process Definition Lead reports directly to the Group BPM Capabilities Leader.High Level Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: This individual will be the primary contact for the process definition (i.e. “the factory”) work. Ensure (facilitate) activities to ensure pre-work activities are completed for business processes going through business process modeling sessions. Work with Enterprise Finance team to meet target deadlines and velocity goals for Business Process Management models Create transparency regarding changes resulting from BPM work Execute Business Group and/or Enterprise Function reporting Performing quality checks on process inventory and related process measurements, assets/ information to ensure adherence to enterprise BPM standards, including related metadata (e.g., risk, controls, and applications) Support Process Engineer Managers and process owners to provide visibility across organizational units and to provide opportunities for rationalization, improvement or reorganization of business processes Monitor and sustain aggregated dashboards of key BPM process outputs in partnership with Process Measurement team within the Enterprise BPM Implement procedures that enable oversight and testing teams to perform validation activities to ensure compliance with the BPM policy, standards, and methodology at the Group BPM level Ensure compliance with BPM and Risk Management policies, standards and methods across the BPM Group Office, and facilitating and implementing reporting, tracking, and escalation procedures at the Group BPM level Attend monthly meeting with Enterprise Business Process Management (EBPM) Work with Group Definition Librarian to review Change Control requestsThe preferred location(s) for this job opening are: Charlotte & Raleigh, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Phoenix & Chandler, AZ; or Des Moines, IARequired Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning demonstrated through work or military experience

Desired Qualifications:

A BS/BA degree or higher

Strong collaboration and partnering skills

Project management experience

3+ years of change management experience

Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability

Knowledge and understanding of Tableau

iGrafx, ProVision or other enterprise process modeling experience

Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications

Advanced facilitation skills

Financial services industry experience

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Technical and business architecture experience

Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills

Six Sigma Black Belt certification

Knowledge and understanding of APQCs Process Classification Framework (PCF)

Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) methodology and modeling

1+ year of JIRA experience

Knowledge and understanding of Agile

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Change management experience

Change leadership experience

Strong conflict resolution skills

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to present to multiple levels of management

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
