Are you known as a team builder who creates inclusive environments and leverages the strengths of a collective team to deliver superior results?The Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovation Fraud and Claims Management (PVSI FCM) team is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team supporting the Loss & Recovery Processing function. This position has responsibility for supporting a geographically dispersed organization with multiple locations in the U.S. and Asia.The department provides specialized services for internal business partners and stakeholders related to loss analysis and reporting, recovery payment processing, online money movement, and unusual activity.This leader will support teams responsible for analysis of deposit account losses and recovery/restitution payments, online money movement and accounting. This is a great opportunity for a highly competent, strategic leader to develop and grow an established organization poised for change in operational processes. Significant opportunities for a self-starter to reengineer existing and go forward processes to achieve maximum productivity and deliver top quality products for our key stakeholders who are responsible for driving enterprise level loss prevention and risk mitigation initiatives. This leader will be directly managing 4 leaders with a staff of approximately 100 team members across six locations.Core operating hours are generally Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and extended hours or schedule adjustments are necessary to support teams virtually in multiple time zones. Specifically you will:

Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.

Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: fraud, investigations of fraud claim transactions or policy violations, risk management, or compliance

4+ years of leadership or management experience

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
