Function as a subject matter expert on applications and solutions in use by Security Infrastructure Engineering

Creation of Statement of Work and Test Plan’s based on stakeholder and customer requirements

Create and execute test cases and artifact gathering from test plans

Perform advanced problem analysis for customers and stakeholders

Participate in proof of concepts

Work closely with vendors to remediate defects, bugs, and feature request

Create required documentation during the certification cycle to be delivered and approved by customers and stakeholders

Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of information security applications and systems experience

5+ years of network operations experience with Cisco devices (switches and routers)

5+ years of vendor management experience

5+ years of technical troubleshooting experience

5+ years of process definition and documentation experience

Desired Qualifications:

Advanced Information Security technical skills and understanding of information security practices and policies

Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

3+ years of Firewall experience

2+ years of Linux experience

1+ year of Python experience

Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: used in waterfall or Agile development projects

Agile experience

1+ year of JIRA experience

1 + years of Confluence WikiD experience

Experience working with robotic process automation technologies

Experience with Ansible automation tool

Information Security certification(s) in intrusion analysis, incident handling, security operations, or malware analysis

1 + years of experience with server administration and job creation using Jenkins Continuous Integration server

Git or GitHub experience

Scripting and automation experience

Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Ability to work outside of regular business hours

Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
