This team counsels group leadership on the technology risk portfolio, which includes issue management, remediation and regulatory interactions and facilitates strong cooperation between technology, independent risk management and Audit.This position will report directly to the Business Services Functional manager and will provide support to the Business Services leader and leadership team. May also provide support to Technology Risk managers one to two levels down and will provide general guidance to lower level TRM staff. This is a key role and will be deeply involved in the management and strategic planning of the Technology Risk Management Function.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Ensure timely response to all management reporting requests and ensure manager meets all deliverables/timelines

Coordinate and report on business objectives

Support preparation of TRM leadership meetings and events

Collect data and perform analysis to provide accurate and informative content

Coordinate with business partners to develop operational reporting

Develop and support adherence to business management related processes

Assist with business continuity procedures and procedures in support of TRM

Support regulatory/compliance matters, business continuity planning, regulatory responses, change communications, reporting/analysis, tracking of policy/procedure adherence, etc.

May participate in special projects as needed

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

Desired Qualifications:

Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment

Strong analytical skills including analysis of financial metrics

Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner

Program management experience

Experience working in a large enterprise environment

Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques

Strong relationship management skills

Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability

Strong presentation skills

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
