Description Position Summary: The Clinical Project Coordinator supports Healthfirst Clinical Quality department with its execution of projects geared toward improving Healthfirst’s quality scores as they relate to HEDIS, QARR, Stars and QRS. The successful candidate will work with the Clinical Quality team to identify and support opportunities to improve quality performance for Healthfirst members.Duties & Responsibilities:

Creates and maintains project schedules using company project management tools and principles.

Facilitates meetings and conference calls with project participants acting in a consultative capacity. Captures and summarizes meeting objectives and outcomes, and outline key decisions and action items.

Assists with coordination of projects by ensuring clear ownership of tasks with appropriate deadlines. Sets and continually manages project expectations, goals, and objectives with team members and stakeholders.

Provides additional administrative support as necessary including preparing reports and presentations.

Fosters and maintains interdepartmental business relationships vital to the success of the project

Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Strong time and project management/organization, critical/creative thinking, communication, writing, presentation and problem-solving skills

Ability to build and enhance team productivity and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge of MS Office applications such as: Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, Visio, PowerPoint, SmartDraw

Preferred Qualifications:

Work experience in clinical quality, population health, claims, customer service, provider/vendor engagement, program and / or project management.

Knowledge of HEDIS, STAR and QARR

Adept at planning, organizing, and executing
