As a Product Management Lead, Multi-Disciplinary Care Team, you will be accountable for leading and coordinating the strategy and execution of Humana’s integrated product experiences including consumer journey maps, persona and stakeholder roadmaps, product strategies, and management of integrated product experiences. Working closely with Product Management and Operational leaders, you have accountability from design to delivery of fully-developed integrated experiences that meet the needs of the customer and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience launching clinical products and/or designing integrated product experiences and leading or coordinating work across cross-functional teams to create meaningful health care experiences. Accountable for the full end-to-end experience for consumers and stakeholders including product lifecycle management, strategic product planning, pricing, roadmap development and execution while partnering with others product leaders to ensure delivery of an integrated clinical product portfolio

Exercises independent judgment and makes decisions on aspects assigned within product domain including managing the full end-to-end experience lifecycle, user and buyer experiences, development and execution and ensuring the investment and performance are consistent with customer needs

Defines the core metrics that will inform the success of the integrated product(s) experience

Monitors performance and recommends enhancements, gaps, cost adjustments or discontinue investment

Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases

Responsible for reporting on outcomes as well as providing timely and accurate information and status updates to stakeholders

Has a solid understanding of the end-to-end member journey experiences, defines the requirements to drive improved customer experience and outcomes based on external inputs

Partners closely with operations, vendors, customer success teams and/or enterprise teams, to drive the development and product lifecycle

Provides strategic recommendations on new opportunities, assesses client needs and builds ROI driven business plans

Accountable for defining the integrated experience value proposition and go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Product Marketing

Responsible for the integrated product experience performance including P&L/KPIs/NPS

Leads or directs operational readiness plan and ongoing performance

This role requires 30-35% travel to Boston, Louisville and other market areas

Required Qualifications

7+ years product management experience and/or experience with end-to-end execution of integrated clinical experiences

Minimum of 3 years of health care experience

Ability to drive significant transformation

Solid track record managing integrated experiences or clinical products that achieved clinical and financial outcomes

Competence working on very large and most complex assignments.

Strong ability to drive cross functional teams to alignment in the midst of ambiguity

Ability to adapt quickly and juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast paced environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to comfortably and effectively communicate with a variety of business leaders from operators, to physicians, to management

Both quantitative and qualitative analysis experience, with the ability to drive to trend identification and actionable insights

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or other related fields

Desired Qualifications

Experience in working with populations who have multiple conditions

Experience in driving integrated user experiences

Proven experience in developing and managing P&L and equivalent operational KPIs

Strong ability to independently lead and manage a cross-functional teams to alignment in the midst of ambiguity

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
