The selected resource must be a self-starter who will directly engage with current and future customers and internal engineering teams, from multiple sub-organizations within the Department. The selected resource will be the Guidehouse and customer’s technical project manager for the Department’s Cybersecurity Shared Services Program. The technical project manager will be responsible for overall project success to include, but not limited to, on-boarding and sustained support for shared service(s), deliverables, customer relations and risk management.Specific tasks include: Use technical expertise in pre and post sales projects. Evaluate customer requirements and develop the technical project plan. Manage technical delivery and sustainment projects. Manage cost, schedule, and performance for technical/engineering workstream(s). Ensure technical specifications for each shared service meet internal Department service level agreements and supports the customer’s requirements. Analyze, develop and implement customer technical solutions. Research and evaluate evolving cybersecurity technology, to include hardware, software and networking. Lead technical professionals and cross-function/matrix team Communicate with senior leadership, technical staff and customers on a daily basis, ensuring the technical issues are presented in a clear, concise manner that non-technical individuals can understand.Qualifications Over 6 years Technical Project Manager experience Bachelor’s Degree PMP Certification Secret security clearance Experience managing or supporting Federal Security Operation Centers. Knowledgeable of federal security requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as team building skills US CITIZENDesired: Certifications:ITIL, CISSP, Security TS Clearance Experience managing and implementing Splunk. Consulting experience.Additional Requirements
