Groundskeeper (Louisville)

Park Lake Apartments - managed by Anderson Communities - is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper to join our growing Resident Services team. Our goal is Building Better Communities. We can achieve our vision with you, by delivering great resident experiences every day.

Duties and Responsibilities

Grounds maintenance and upkeep to maintain a clean environment and community

Several task include: clean up of property and breezeways, check exterior lighting, check pool and maintain clean clubhouse, and notify maintenance technicians of any needed repairs.

Requirements and Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Positive attitude and willingness to help

Focus and attention to great customer service

Must have good communication and time management skills

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally

Valid driver’s license and transportation

Successfully complete a pre-employment reference check, background check and drug screen

Preferred:

o Previous groundskeeping experience

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The job operates both indoors and outdoors in residential settings. This role routinely requires some physical labor with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

Part-time position at 25-30 hours per week.
