Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Director of Marketing Operations serves to optimize and improve the processes for the marketing team. You work to improve digital presence, adoption and integration of MarTech tools, streamline reporting, data collection and analytics.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Marketing Technology:

  • Salesforce and Marketo is your playground, and you know how to get them to talk to one another, fine-tuning various configurations and settings to ensure all records are properly handled
  • Build and maintain best-in-class MarTech Stack built for demand generation and accurate reporting. This includes bringing an ABM platform into the current marketing mix
  • Oversee technical stack integrations, deployments, maintenance and business rules which include the marketing database, campaign management tools, and content hub

Digital Optimization:

  • Plan, manage and optimize digital marketing across all channels including but not limited to: paid search, display, paid social and SEO
  • Manage external PPC vendor while maintaining strong relationships with the leaders of other functional areas on the marketing team
  • Work with the marketing campaigns and content team to optimize web strategy, UX, and landing page performance, with deep focus on lead generation

Data and Reporting:

  • Work with the VP of Marketing to establish and drive vision, goals, KPI’s and analytics on digital marketing campaign performance
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reporting dashboards to track against Marketing KPIs, analyzing funnel performance and alignment with the Sales organization
  • Develop insights through a detailed analysis of marketing data including Website, SEO, SEM, Display ads, Social Media, and Email (interacting with vendor partners as required)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Equivalent experience or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or related.
  • 5+ years’ experience with MarTech-centric campaign management and marketing operations, supporting multiple verticals and/or products simultaneously
  • A combination of marketing experience and technical expertise in administering Marketo and Salesforce (Marketing Automation Expert Certification a plus)
  • Digital marketing experience conducting PPC campaigns across social media and web properties like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams across Marketing, Sales, Business Ops and Customer Success
  • Good understanding of HTML and basic CSS with desire to expand on technical skill set
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on training and presentation skills
  • Exceptional problem solving and creative solution building skills
