Experienced Floor Installer/ Wood Floor Sander (Fridley, MN)

Lakeside Floor Coverings is a family owned and operated company. We have been in business 10+ years. We are a retail and installation company providing flooring solutions to our customers. We are looking to add to our installation team.

We are looking for individuals that are experienced installers of wood, carpet, vinyl floors, or sanding hardwood floors. (We are not looking for subcontractors) Our installers are busy year-round with overtime most weeks.

Job responsibilities

Installing, refinishing, and tearing out flooring is a very physical job. You will be required to carry heavy loads of material and equipment. You must be ready for a hard day’s work.

The right candidate will be:

A self-starter

Work well with others

Good at reading and taking instructions

Able to take direction and corrections

Willingness to work flexible hours (this is not a 9-5)

Responsible

What you bring:

Valid driver’s license

Ability to pass a drug screening

Good attitude

Experience in flooring or construction
