Maintenance Position (Kalispell)

Semi Retired and looking for something to do? Seeking a part time maintenance position to take care of a well maintained apartment complex in Kalispell. Prefer maintenance background and knowledge of repairing basic household maintenance. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to grounds upkeep, completing work orders inside units, completing unit turns upon moveout, snow removal, etc. Experience with plumbing and electric a plus but not required. Must have own transportation and tools. Starting wage 15.00per hour.
