Urgent Need: Caregiver/PCA - Personal Care Assistant $13.25/hr (Missoula)

I am looking to hire 1-2 part-time personal care assistants to work 3-5, three hour morning shifts per week and some put to bed shifts as well. Ability to work weekend mornings a must.

I am a 41 yr old male quadriplegic who needs assistance with activities of daily living, which include showering, dressing, transferring (with a hoyer lift), positioning, meal prep, and a few others tasks.

Morning shifts consist of helping me get ready for the day and up in my wheelchair and typically last three hours.

Some experience with home health care would be great but is not required as I willl train.

As this position is through Montana Medicaid‘s self-directed program, I handle all of the interviewing and hiring procedures but the employer of record is ResCare HomeCare. If you have any questions, just ask.
