ATI Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

In this role, you will administer and operate the company’s warehouse and shipping/receiving activities in support of the manufacturing and customer service operations.Responsibilities include:

Administers operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.

Organizes and manages the receipt, classification and storage of products, materials, tools and equipment.

Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.

Accounts for all materials and supplies in the storage facilities; audits goods received into warehouse.

Establishes operational procedures, plans the efficient movement of materials and monitors performance and compliance.

Drives fork truck and handles loads safely.

Team supervisor of other warehouse and shipping/receiving personnel

Uses judgment to identify, troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

The qualified candidate will have:

High School Diploma or GED

5+ years of experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment

Minimum 3 years’ experience with shipping and receiving processes (BOL, DOT Labeling, NAFTA, etc.)

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisor role

A working knowledge of warehouse organization

Must be able to effectively prioritize work tasks and requirements

Must be a team player

Must take the initiative to learn & maintain job skills
