Job DescriptionKelly Services is hiring for a Maintenance Technician in Fishers, IN. Payrate: $23/HOUR. Thank you!Experience/KnowledgeGeneral knowledge of Maintenance.Experience with preventative maintenance programs.Good team working skills.Minimum of 3-5 years experience in machine repair, tool & die and/or machinist areas.Minimum of 3-5 years mechanic troubleshooting experience.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:Related Technical Degree.Licensing in Electrical, Welding or related field.Miscellaneous Maintenance/Mechanical/Electronics trade school.Journeyman Electrician a plus.Experience with LEAN application, including 5S and SMED principles, is a plus.Experience working within a TPM program a plus.Why Kelly ® ?As a worker today, it’s up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve your potential.
