OUR BUSINESS IS GROWING, NEW OFFICE IS HIRING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES. Lots of room to grow, join our team and we will grow together

We are hiring 10 to 15 Customer Service Representatives to manage customer queries and deliveries. You will also be asked to process orders, answer customer questions, and educate customers on allergies, asthma, and household dust/odors. To do well in this role you need to be able to speak and listen well.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Acknowledging and resolving customers needs.

Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Keeping records of customer interactions, and transactions.

Communicating and coordinating with managers as necessary.

Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

Comfortable using computers.

Must own a vehicle and have full time use of it.

We will be interviewing Monday and Tuesdays, If you're selected for the position you can begin working the same week.
