Property maintenance/ management (Nevada, IA)

Looking for very responsible people to work with my management team. Successful candidates will be very trustworthy and reliable. Must have the ability to handle several million dollars worth of real estate investment as if it were their own.

Knowledge of building systems ( plumbing/ HVAC, drywall, paint, electrical, locks) and tenant protocols is helpful. Handyman/woman type. Retired and/ or veteran encouraged. Must be available for weekend calls on occasion. Will be responsible for cleaning up vacated units to ready them to show. Collection and answering tenant concerns, repairs not requiring licenses on buildings. Snow removal and lawn care. General cleaning of common areas.
