We host, support, and SME various different developer and program tools. These include Jira, BitBucket, GitLab, TFS, Matomo, Dimensions, StarTeam, and others. They are all hosted in our AWS cloud. This role will be to help set up, configure, administer, and SME these tools. The immediate focus will be on Jira. We have a demand for multiple self hosted instances.Skill/Experience/EducationMandatory: Jira administration/configuration/use experienceAWS hosting/configuration/use experienceDesired: Current/former software engineer/developerExperience administering and educating users on tools mentioned.
