URGENT Java Developer- Johnston, IA

Kelly Services is seeking a Java Developer for leading agriculture & construction products and services company located in Johnston, IA.Job Title: Java DeveloperLocation: Johnston, IA, 50131Type: W2 AssignmentLength: 6 months’Pay rate: $55 - $60 per hour

This is for core accounting/finance team

The application the team works on is purchase systems or vendor software.

Handful of Java and .Net applications. Someone who has Java or .Net experience to provide support for those applications and someone who can also work on the purchase systems software.

Strong developer skillset within Java or .Net, 7-10 years’ experience, open to reviewing 4-5 years’ experience as well.

Required Java assessments with submission, .Net is ok too but highly prefer Java for this role.

Someone who is flexible to learn more technology

Mainly Java that is missing – No front end work with this role. It’s core server side Java, API back end role.

General SQL understanding

The team is inheriting 3 Java applications and only a couple of smaller .Net

Prefer someone who has Java experience over .Net, but still would be good to have both

Experience in the finance domain would be helpful
