The OPSEC Planner OPSEC Support Team Members will attend planning conferences for joint exercises to assist in the development of realistic OPSEC scenario events andthe coordination of related activities to maximize the OPSEC training objectives for CCMDs. As well as participate in exercises in Red, Blue, Green or White cell capacity, as assignedOther duties to include: Integrate assessments into joint exercises. Integrate OPSEC planning principles of protecting essential secrecy in joint exercises. Participate in exercise after-action assessments, reporting and lessons learned generation. Develop and maintain a computer-based database containing scripted exercise event injects Provide threat-based OPSEC vulnerability assessments of Command and Control (C2) structures, operations, plans, and organizations. Recommend specific actions to correct deficiencies and assist in the implementation of those actions to improve overall OPSECposture for garrisoned and deployed units. Provide task organized teams to conduct OPSEC assessments and report findings. Assessments include program review/assessment, personnel interviews, threat analysis, open source research, observations, technical vulnerability assessments, trash analysis, plansreviews and controlled adversary emulation/aggressing activities. Perform duties of assessment lead analyst responsible to a mission lead for developing and conducting an assessment. Develop, document, and maintain (or, as assigned, assist in those tasks) assessment methodologies for review and approval by the Government. The methodologies shall address all aspects of the assessment process from initial contact through incorporation oflessons learned. Conduct OPSEC focused open source research and provide reports. Support OPSEC focused threat analysis and provide reports. Participate in and provide input to DOD activities designed to develop OPSEC metrics and measures of effect/impact/performance.Bowhead seeks to network with qualified individuals relative to a potential opportunity, which is contingent upon award and not currently funded. In addition, all team members must have demonstrated expertise in OPSEC doctrine, policy, and methods. The remaining four team members must meet the following criteria: Must poses 2+ years of experience in OPSEC Personnel shall possess a combination of two or more of the skill sets listed below in order to be capable of performing multiple roles, as mission requirements dictate:Planning skills Demonstrated military experience and education is required. Demonstrated experience with Information Operations with emphasis on OPSEC principles is required. Experience in planning of military operations is required. Completion of DOPC. (Completion of the Joint Information Operations Planners Course (JIOPC) in 2017 or later is equivalent to DOPC.)OPSEC Assessment skills Demonstrated experience of working in OPSEC, Communications Security, Information Security, Physical Security, Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection, cyberspace operations, computer network operations, intelligence or counter-intelligence is required. Experience in conducting open source research and analysis is required.OPSEC exercise support Demonstrated experience as an exercise controller for joint exercises. Demonstrated experience in the exercise life cycle. Must have demonstrated analytical experience analyzing adversary/threat intent and collection capabilitiesSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a clearance at the Top Secret/ SCI level.
