The OPSEC Proponent Support will provide support of the daily mission oversight activities inherent to JOSE operations. Duties include maintaining calendar of current and upcomingoperational events, reporting personnel accountability, and tracking of assigned tasks and suspense.Other duties to include: Assist JOSE staff by providing mission management support to track and synchronize requests for support and report JOSE activities to higher headquarters. Assist JOSE staff in their proponent support role through doctrine review and development, force development, and training and education assessments. Assist JOSE staff with developing and maintaining currency of presentations and briefings. Provide editing services for standardized JOSE reports, briefings and other documents as required.Bowhead seeks to network with qualified individuals relative to a potential opportunity, which is contingent upon award and not currently funded. No solicitations or third party applications will be accepted.Requirements Must possess more than 5 years of document editor experience in reviewing GO/FO level briefings, reports and other documents as required Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office as well as the English language. Must possess more than 5 years of experience in operations support or mission management. Possess more than 5 years of experience in employment of OPSEC. Possess more than 5 years of experience in developing OPSEC doctrine, policy, and methods. Experience maintaining calendar of current and upcoming operational events in a military organization is required. Experience with personnel accountability reporting is required. Experience handling routine reporting and communications with an O6-level higher headquarters is required. Experience developing and maintaining currency of presentations and briefings is required. Experience tracking and synchronizing support requests is required.SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a clearance at the Top Secret/ SCI level. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Top Secret/SCI clearance at this location.Applicants may be subject to a pre-employment drug & alcohol screening and/or random drug screen, and must follow UIC’s Non-DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program requirements.
