Young and enthusiastic Event Management company is searching for a Part-Time, Remote Event Assistant.
In this position you will:
Assist Event Coordinator with paperwork
Assist Event Coordinator with planning
Maintain communication with Event Coordinator and vendors
Accurately manage expenses in accordance with budgetary requirements
Process invoices and refunds
Core Skills:
Detail-orientated
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
Customer service skills
Ability to be a team player
Ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Requirements:
Must be able to stay in touch through the working hours 9 AM-5 PM (EST)
Must have a phone or a laptop / PC
High-school diploma / Bachelor degree
Must be a citizen or a permanent resident of the United States
