We Are Hiring Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Full-Time, Weekend Option - St Vincent Anderson - 2015 Jackson Street - Anderson, IN.Work Schedule: Full time 3pm-3am weekend option Saturday, Sunday and one day through the week.Why Join Ascension? Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.

Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.

Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

What You Will Need Licenses/Certifications/Registration:

Required Credential(s):

Certified BLS Provider obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

One or more of the following:

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

CERTIFICATION AND/OR LICENSURE PREFERRED:ACLSPALSTNCC

Education:

Diploma

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required

Preffered: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN).

Work Experience:

One year Nursing Experience in an Emergency Department is required when working in Emergency at SVARH in a PRN role.

One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse (RN).

Preffered: One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse (RN).Three years Nursing Experience in an Emergency Department
