Warehouse Supervisor (Indianapolis)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Quick Ship Electronics is an electronics refurbisher and retailer selling through our own website as well as through other channels. Our unique ability to test and refurbish products has given us a competitive advantage in the industry.

We are looking for individuals that have the ability to work at a fast and focused pace while maintaining a good attention to detail.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee daily operations within the warehouse

Assign warehouse employees to daily tasks to complete the needed requirements to achieve the goals set forth by the company

Accountable for the product flow of all items entering and leaving the warehouse

Coordinate with outside vendors to ensure timely shipment of RTV product

Assist in physical warehouse duties as required

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to work at a fast pace, we are a production driven company that has tracking tools put in place to monitor daily output

Previous experience in managing a team of 10+ employees

Above average communication skills

Professional communication is required via email with outside vendors

We need a “working manager” that is not afraid to get their hands dirty with the rest of the team

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent attendance and reliability

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

100% of day spent standing

Intermittent walking, bending, twisting, and lifting

Work is performed warehouse

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
