This is a direct-client opening for an
VB.NETDeveloper locatedinColumbus,IN. This is a 3-6+ monthcontract-to-hireand the rate/salary will depend on experience. The client is only interestedincandidates local to the area. Job DescriptionProgramming using the skills below and thoroughly test their codeHelp desk issues at various locations either remotely orin-person. Candidate won’t have to be the hardware expert, but the eyes and hands for Chicago IT.Observe processes, such as warehouse activity,inorder to gather logic for IT projects.Help develop processes and paperwork flow (i.e. redesign forms)Document proceduresBe willing to do tasks that may seem to be outside of the IT scope (i.e. enter ordersinorder to learn the process, help make it more efficient, document it and train others.)Other misc. tasks as this position developsTechnical SkillsVisual Basic 6/.netHelp Desk ExperienceSQL Server 2008 or up (stored procedures, etc.)Crystal Reports (we currently use version 9)Microsoft OfficeHTML or Other Web Software (optional) Please complete the following skills-matrix and send back with your response:Full Name:
