part of the Asthma/COPD Disease Management Team. Referrals will include the following; pre and post spirometry, single pulse ox measurement, review of

medications, trial of respiratory

medications within the scope of the RCP, education and instruction in the use

of inhalers and spacer if applicable, education and instruction in the use of a

peak flow meter if applicable, education and instruction in the use of a

PEP/Oscillatory device as appropriate, education and instruction in the use of

a nebulizer and nebulizer medications if applicable. Follow up management visits will also be

included at intervals deemed appropriate by the Respiratory Care

Practitioner/Disease Manager.You’ll be rewarded

as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.RequiredQualifications:

Associates degreerequired

CertifiedRespiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Minimum of 5years patient care experience, 8-10 years of experience preferred

Current RCPlicensure in the state of Indiana

Access to reliable transportation that willenable you to travel to client / patient sites within a designated area

Willing to work in multiple office locations

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor'sdegree preferred
