Long established (1970s), 3rd generation, non-union manufacturing firm looking for a full-time office manager to replace a soon-to-be retiree. Standard 40-hour work week with flexible start time from 7-9am thru 3-5pm respectively including paid 1/2hr lunch. We do however ask that you maintain whatever that chosen schedule is for the entire week you choose it in. Candidate must have 5 years minimum experience and possess proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, Quickbooks or equivalent accounting software, and GoogleDocs. Candidates who also possess and can demonstrate ERP/MRP background will be considered first and of course paid at a higher level. Duties include the full gambit- A/R, A/P, call in payroll, answer, screen, and route calls, greet incoming guests, and recommend changes both professional and to policy. You will report directly to the CEO.
One week vacation to start, 401K, NY mandated sick time, and healthcare all as starting benefits. Current Office Manager will stay on a few weeks to help train her replacement.
