Established construction company based in Croton-on-Hudson, NY seeking an Administrative Assistant.
This person must be able to answer telephone calls, relay messages, and perform basic office organization and filing tasks.
Employee will be assisting in managing day to day office operations while directly assisting management with personal tasks. Employee will be handing correspondence from current and prospective clients, relaying messages, typing proposals, managing schedules, ordering supplies, assisting with bookkeeping tasks, and helping with marketing initiatives for business. There are always a wide variety of different tasks at hand in this position, and it is imperative that this person be able to keep up, keep on top of all tasks at hand, multi-task, and follow-up all leads. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently, and have a VERY GOOD MEMORY!
Candidate must have strong telephone customer service skills and be extremely organized. Employee must be proficient with all versions of MS Office Suite. Outlook familiarly is required. iPhone familiarity also a big plus.
Must have own vehicle and be able to run local errands.
All office staff must be vaccinated against COVID-19.
