As a software engineer, you will work both independently and alongside teams in Amazon Music to architect and develop new music features for our customers through voice and visual experiences. We are a uniquely positioned team that works across platforms and clients including but not limited to iOS, Android, Web, TV, and Alexa integrations. It a great place to grow your full stack skills. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of experience contributing to the system design or architecture (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
  • 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • Programming experience with at least one software programming language.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of professional engineering experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
  • Android development experience in both Java and Kotlinn
  • iOS development experience in Swift
  • Familiarity with federated architecture strategies in large-scale mobile apps
  • MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • A proven ability to learn and adapt to new, complex development environments
  • Firm understanding of software development principles
