- Work closely with the IT Desktop and Helpdesk team to ensure users are well-supported for IT usage
- Provide technical support on escalations for all PC imaging and related items
- Provide technical support on escalations for all Windows workstation patching and related items
- Create and track desktop support ticketing and case management
- Handle administration of the asset tracking and asset inventory system
- Provide off-hours support and escalation via phone and remote access as required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- At least one technical certificate such as A+, Network+, Microsoft MTA, Cisco, etc, is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- 5+ years working experience in a technical role
- At least 3 years spent in a demanding deskside support role assisting users in person, and by phone and email
- 4+ years working experience and advanced proficiency in Windows
- 4+ years in Networking technologies
- Significant time spent in desktop, laptop, and mobile device rollout, support, and troubleshooting
- Solid grounding in core enterprise applications such as Email, Telecommunications and Networking
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with Office 365
