  • Candidate will be working very closely with executives, should have good understanding on the technology and latest industry trends who can drive delivery and innovation within the team.

Job Overview Summary:
  • 8+ years' experience in Scrum Agile or similar roles
  • Certified Scrum Training, expertise in PM + SM methodologies
  • Knowledge of Kanban, Velocity, burn down metrics using Jira
  • Well verse in using design thinking techniques for the team discussions using tools like Mural
  • Experience using tools like Monday for roadmap planning and tracking
  • Experience in Automotive (electric Vehicle)
  • Skills to manage one or more agile team simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with executives
Preferred:
  • Exposure to external facing roles
  • Experience working within complex, matrixed multi location teams.
  • Interest in automotive products
  • Good to have experience with AI/ML and Data Science
  • Good Communication Skills
Major Activities Project Facilitation
  • Facilitation and organization of Project Cadences (Review, Planning, Refinement), Executive Updates. Quarterly Planning
  • Facilitate info flow and planning between programs, products, and vendors
  • Experience working with hardware and software teams
  • Solid experience working with the Technical and Architecture team in assessing the user stories in alignment with Epics
  • Working with Cloud based, AI/ML and Data Science Projects
Scrum Team Tracking & Visualizations
  • Lead design and help implement standardized reporting for overall schedule and progress tracking
  • Support Technical/Product Leaders in pivoting as needed, given overall capacity and risks, with frequent inspection/adaptation
  • Help Teams and programs surface and track issues related to product view with a focus on impact to customer experience
  • Ownership of project artifacts and repositories
  • Ensure demos, reviews, and regular program summaries are delivered to stakeholders
Agile Services
  • Experience working with Agile teams and Scrum Management
  • Help team remove impediments, manage dependencies, issues, and risks
Collaboration
  • Ensure escalation mitigation for delivery and defects
  • Work with the executive team in presenting high level project read outs
  • Drive collaboration and communication necessary to ensure delivery success, including success management of risk and dependencies
Continuous Improvement
  • Actively contribute to advancing our lean processes to drive efficiency and improve effectiveness while supporting organic maturation of teams
  • Inspect and identify continuous improvements between vendors and internal teams- tools, logs, processes
