IT Desktop Support -3rd shift (Avon)

Our great client in Avon, IN has an opening for a 3rd shift IT Desktop Support Technician. The first 3 weeks would be M-f 8am-5pm training and then you would go to your assigned 3rd shift schedule below

Regular Schedule:

Wednesday & Thursday 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM

Friday, Saturday & Sunday 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM

Position Summary: Maintains and improves operational readiness of the building by coordinating and performing technical support efforts, and performing onsite installation management.

-Diagnoses systems outages to determine appropriate corrective actions.

-Performs preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment as appropriate.

-Coordinates support for systems issues not locally correctable.

-Limited supervision with occasional coaching and clearly established policies.

-Performs onsite systems installation and integration management as needed.

-Acts as a training resource for Gmail, Microsoft Office, and related applications.

-Performs Desktop PC support.

-Applies and adheres to appropriate technical security policies to ensure that the environment is secure.

-Applies and adheres to appropriate disaster recovery policies and procedures.

-This position requires the individual to be on-call for after hour support.

-Other required duties as assigned.
