Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking Associate Level Provisioning Specialists to support Weapons Programs in St. Charles or Hazelwood, MO. Provisioning (Parts Data) is the management process for determining and acquiring the range and quantity of support items necessary to operate and maintain an end item of materiel. Provisioning documentation is the analysis of engineering source data documents used to identify, recommend, and determine spare and repair part requirements. Provisioning provides the customer with the analytical decisions that enable the identification of affordable inventory requirements. Provisioning has impact on several supportability efforts which must be in place upon delivery of the aircraft as well as life cycle demands.Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops, collects and stores provisioning data elements for a single customer and contract type
  • Reviews and develops parts breakdown levels
  • Reviews equipment usage data
  • Determines replacement parts
  • Assists in establishing stocking requirements
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes , lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Security Clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Experience gathering, preparing and analyzing engineering or technical data
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel building filterable tables, v-lookup and conditional formatting
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Associate's Degree or higher
  • Experience using SLICWAVE, PowerlogJ or other relational database
  • Experience supporting military aircraft platforms
  • Experience with aircraft systems and components
  • Experience with the development of support products including logistics engineering, logistics support analysis, technical publications, support equipment, spares, field services, maintenance, etc. supporting product life cycle
Typical Education:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.Hybrid:This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
