JOB SUMMARY: This Revenue Specialist III - Child Support Customer Service Representative I position performs advanced payment processing for child support cases excellent fit for critical thinkers and a financial background. If you enjoy working with financial information problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include: Initiating and responding to requests

Analyzing and completing complex financial activities

Coordinating with internal and external partners

Researching and resolving case issues

Gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps

Assisting customers

Interacting with other states, employers, and other business partners

Making decisions based on case information and provided documentation

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.

One year of Child Support Program Payment Processing experience.

Two years of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions.

Two years of experience communicating with customers for the purpose of resolving inquiries.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

Relevant education may substitute on a year for year basis of the required experience. If applicable, please indicate type of degree, if degree earned or number of credit hours attained.

SPECIAL NOTES:

Standard workday of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.

This role is eligible for part-time or full time telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency.
