Assist attorney with a variety of case tasks for personal injury and medical malpractice cases

Thorough investigation and analysis of complex legal documents, medical records

Ability to prioritize, organize and handle heavy workload and work on-site

Data base management of all relevant documents

2+ years of civil litigation experience required

E-filing and legal experience with Indiana law is required

Discovery experience preferred

Wide ranging experience with trial preparation (visual aids, models, and mockups)

Proficiency in litigation

Good understanding of Microsoft Office

Practical knowledge of medical claims

Proven knowledge of pleadings

Well-founded grasp of medical records

Trial preparation experience highly desired

Quality experience with insurance claims

General familiarity with medical records analysis

Personal injury plaintiffs experience

Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

Confidence in taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
