Job Description

RockCreek seeks a dynamic, resourceful, energetic, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. This is an opportunity to work alongside team members who are driven by excellence and a passion for sustainable finance. The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. This role directly supports the CEO, and requires multi-tasking and follow through. Daily responsibilities include calendar management, coordinating meetings, travel and logistics. We are looking for someone with strong experience working with executive teams in fast-paced environments, and the ability to handle sensitive information with excellent judgment, diplomacy and discretion.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Organize and regularly maintain a complex schedule/calendar for CEO
  • Manage phone and email correspondence for CEO office
  • Greet guests and provide reception desk coverage
  • Prepare detailed itineraries for the CEO, including important numbers, locations and contact names
  • Coordinatescheduling of pressinterviews, radio and television time with the Communications Director
  • Makereservations for the CEO’s air travel, ground transportation, and lodging and expense reporting
  • Ensurethat the CEO is provided with briefing materials for each event by coordinating with event participants and the appropriate internal team members;
  • Monitorthe CEO's incoming telephone calls, takes messages, and returns calls as requested
  • Maintainthe CEO’s files, including notes, correspondence, and all information relating to travel
  • Workwell in fast paced environment
  • Interest in working on Ad hoc projects, events, and requests as needed

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
  • Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), Zoom conferencing, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Canva
