Job Summary

Crowell & Moring LLP seeks a highly qualified associate to join our CorporateGroup in our Washington, D.C. office.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 2 - 4 years of experience, preferably in the emerging companies/venture capital and private equity domains with emphases on venture financings and other private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate transactional experience at a nationally-recognized law firm or fund. Commercial contracts experience in the high tech domain is a plus.

Candidates must be members in good standing of the DC Bar, or eligible to waive in.Interested candidates should submit their resume, transcript and cover letter using the online application system.
