- Class A CDL

- Medical Examiners Certificate

- Employment Verification (2 years of verifiable commercial truck driving experience during the most recent 3 years OR 3 years of verifiable commercial truck driving experience during the most recent 5 years)

- Truck and/or Trailer Registration

- Truck and/or Trailer DOT Inspection - must be completed no more than 1 week prior to operating (Annual DOT inspections can be completed at any certified facility offering full level one annual inspections)

- Truck Requirements – must be production year of 2010 or newer

- Trailer Requirements – no age restrictionAdditional Charges For Items Below - $70/Day
