Occupancy Inspector

Searching for Occupancy Inspectors in your area to drive to properties for mortgage companies and report on the general condition of each property. Basic responsibilities include obtaining multiple photos of the property, determining occupancy, noting visual damages and submitting information via form results to a mobile application. Most properties are exterior and take 1-5 minutes to complete. Experience is strongly preferred.

Types of inspections include Occupancy, FNMA, Sale Date, Insurance Loss, Mortgagor Contact, Interior, etc.

General Requirements:

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Ability to drive for extended periods

Must have a smart phone capable of submitting results via a mobile application

Must be able to pass a background check

GPS with routing capabilities

Excellent time management

Access to a computer with internet connection and printer

Pay Structure:

Each inspection is paid at a flat rate and varies by area covered and volume. This position has the ability to earn more depending on hours worked per week and the amount of territory covered.
