Information Security Specialist

Morrison-Maierle Systems (Systems), a growing team of information technology consultants has a full-time opportunity for a Senior Network Technician in any of our Morrison-Maierle locations.

Opportunity:

Full-time position responsible for supporting a range of clients with computer/network security and consulting needs in a team environment.

Qualifications:

Must be exceptionally service-oriented and be excited to work in a client- service atmosphere. Must be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team on multiple projects while meeting deadline demands in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications include:

4-6 years of experience in a range of roles including: information technology, information security, or IT audit roles

Information security experience with ISO 27001/2, NIST 800-53, and other industry regulatory controls (HIPAA)

Ability to interpret information security data and processes to identify potential compliance issues

Ability to identify perform remediation steps of identified audit risks

Excellent project management skills including the ability to prepare prioritize and complete work plans

Experience with SonicWALL products,

Appropriate education such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Cyber Security

Must have a valid driver license and insurable driving record

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
