Job Description

As a valued contributor to our Management Level Governance (MLG) Policy Center of Excellence team, you will advise the Enterprise on organizational policies and guidelines, and provide insight and analysis on the organization's activities. In this role, you will monitor and advise the Management Level Governance team and management of changes to policy governance requirements , as well as collaborate with executive and management- level business partners across the Enterprise to provide advice on developing and adjusting governance policies to align with the changing needs and external requirements. You will also advise on monitoring and reporting activities that require compliance with policies and regulations and support the development of compliance monitoring and implementation plans in partnership with business units to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory or executive requirements.

The Governance Oversight - Corporate Governance - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Provide advice, analysis, and insight into internal policies and guidelines.
  • Advise teams across the Enterprise on the development of policies and guidelines to align with changes in internal or external needs.
  • Advise on best practices to monitor the organization's activities to ensure that they are complying with policies and guidelines.
  • Advise on investigating actions or events that do not comply with the organization's policies and guidelines.
  • Provide advice on compliance issues.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experience

  • 4 years relevant experience
  • Risk management practice experience; prior experience in Audit, Compliance or Enterprise Risk Management
  • Prior experience managing projects and deadlines

Desired Experience

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Experience managing and engaging stakeholders, building relationship network and working with people with different functional expertise strongly preferred
  • Experience in policy governance administration
  • Experience with MetricStream or similar eGRC tool
